These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Clearances in Devon, operated by Mark.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Mark are free and no-obligation. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Mark reserves the right to amend a quote if the scope of work differs significantly from what was originally described.

There are no hidden fees. The price agreed before work begins is the price you pay.

Bookings and Cancellations

To book a clearance, please call Mark on 07867180703 or use the online contact form. Mark will confirm your booking by phone.

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give Mark as much notice as possible. We understand that circumstances change and will always do our best to accommodate you.

Waste Disposal

Mark is a fully licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency. All waste removed is disposed of legally and responsibly. Mark recycles and donates items wherever possible.

You must not ask Mark to remove any items that are illegal to dispose of, including asbestos, clinical waste or hazardous chemicals. If in doubt, please ask Mark before booking.

Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and the items to be cleared. Mark and his team reserve the right to refuse to remove items that present a health or safety risk.

Liability

Mark takes every care when carrying out clearance work. In the unlikely event of damage caused by Mark or his team, please raise this with Mark directly on the day. Mark will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Clearances in Devon accepts no liability for items left on public land or for damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your Belongings

Please ensure all items you wish to keep are clearly identified before Mark begins work. Once items have been removed and disposed of, they cannot be recovered.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
